Jawaani Jaaneman Bollywood Movie Review – Full Movie 2020

Jawaani Jaaneman is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film directed by Nitin Kakkar, and produced by Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Jay Shewakramani and lead actor Saif Ali Khan under the banner of Pooja Entertainment, Black Knight Films and Northern Lights Films jointly. It stars Saif Ali Khan and a 20 years old debutant Alaya alongside Tabu. The film revolves around Jazz, a property broker and party animal in London, who has to confront a daughter he never knew he had, who is also pregnant. It is one of the highest worldwide gross movies.

Story of Jawaani Jaaneman:

Jaswinder “Jazz” Singh (Saif Ali Khan) is a 40-year-old carefree who works in London as a property broker during the day with his brother Dimpy (Kumud Mishra) and parties at night in a bar owned by his friend Rocky (Chunky Pandey), usually taking whichever girl agrees to go to his home for a one-night stand. Jazz, along with his brother Dimpy, has to negotiate a multi-million-pound deal involving a property in Hounslow, but his aged landlady Malika (Kamlesh Gill) refuses to part with her home, and his repeated attempts to convince her to give it up for the new construction do not succeed. One night, Jazz is partying as usual when a girl falls her drink down on him; she apologizes.

Second Twist:

One night Jazz’s brother Dimpy and their parents visit his home. Despite Jazz warning her against it, Tia embraces everyone and catches them unawares when she shows them her sonogram on Jazz’s projector, forcing him to explain the situation. When they leave, an elated Tia tells Jazz that she had come in search of a father but instead found a family. Tia also convinces his landlady Malika to agree to the property deal and part with her house, which she accepts on the condition that a willow tree that she has grown with since her childhood, not be touched. When Tia  and Jazz are living happily together, Tia’s hippie mother Ananya (Tabu) and her boyfriend Rohan arrived in a sudden from Amsterdam. it is difficult to handle drug addict Tia’s hippie mother and her boyfriend for Jazz and he fears about this to be effecting in Tia’s delivery.

Climax of Jawaani Jaaneman:

One day Jazz and Dimpy are celebrating the launch of their new prime property in Hounslow when Tia arrives and notices in the model of the property that the willow tree is missing. Hurt, she leaves; when Jazz confronts her, and attempts to convince her that the millions to be gained from the property will more than compensate for the lost tree, she tells him tearfully that, instead of a father, she has found a property broker. Tia, Ananya and Rohan proceed to leave Jazz’s house to catch a train to Amsterdam, which leaves the next day. A despondent Jazz ponders over whether the deal is really worth aggrieving an old lady, before he finally decides to call off the Hounslow project, even at the expense of money, to which Dimpy agrees. Jazz rushes to the railway station where the three are waiting for their train; he proceeds to tell how he cancelled the deal and saved Malika’s tree, when Tia’s water breaks suddenly. The scene then cuts to the hospital where she has delivered a baby girl, and, for the first time, Jazz is genuinely happy at the prospect of having a family and being a grandfather.

The film comes to an ends with a get-together of Jazz’s friends Rhea and Rocky and his family at his parents’ home for Diwali celebrations. Jazz whispers into baby Kiara’s ears that she will be the world’s first baby to witness the wedding of both her parents and her grandparents, as Tia looks on happily.

Reviews of Jawaani Jaaneman:

In the first part you can see a 40 years old playboy man is not interested to settle down in his life. He was happy with it. And all of a sudden a 21 years young girl appears who pretend her to be his daughter. Medical test has done and it is proved that she is his daughter. But the man cannot take the sudden change and he disagree with it. But, inside he think for his daughter and tense about that. As the time passes care like a father grow up in that person and he agree with his situation. He allow his daughter to stay with him and take care of him. At the end when his daughter make him understood that what is living for caring others then the 40 years old man understand the meaning of life and close persons in life. Then he do the things that are good for others and convenience his daughter to live with her and to live the moment with her grandchild which he cannot do with his child i.e. his daughter.

Lesson for the Life:

So the movie teaches us that, anyone cannot live without a family. There is a limit in life that much can be lived single. But after a time everyone want to live a happy life with his children and other family persons. Many melody dramas are there in the film, may be it is not hit at box office, but it is better than other movies of Saif. It rated 7.8 by IMDb out of 10. So that it is not flop movie at all.

Street Dancer 3D Review, Casting, Box Office Collection

review of street dancer 3d

Street Dancer 3D, the third in the ABCD line, it sets up all street dancers, many of whom find themselves lost, unemployed and worst of all without hope, homeless and hungry, to win a dance competition. Here is  our Review on the Street Dancer 3D.

Review of Street Dancer 3D:

STREET DANCER 3D begins on a stunning note not to do the stunts in home or any other because in the movie that are performed under the guidance and safty. The introduction piece is well shot and thought of an instantly sets the mood. The introduction of Inayat is quite fun while Nora’s entry will surely rise the temperatures in this cold weather. Nothing much then happens till a point. It’s only when Sahej narrates his Punjab experience to Poddy (Raghav Juyal) that the interest lifts again. The intermission comes at a fine juncture. Before the interval, the film drops but a sensual plot is added when Sahej breaks off from Street Dancers. The immigration bit is touching but logically affects some impact. But the film has lot more to impress. The semi-final sequence is sure to be greeted with claps and whistles. The climax has too much drama and entertainment to grab the viewers attention. The film ends on a touching note with a montage of the SWAT (Sikh Welfare & Awareness Team) and their noble work in London.

Performance scores of the Actors:

Talking of performances, Varun Dhawan as always is quite entertaining and has a terrific screen presence. And he looks dashing. Shockingly, in comparison to Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi, he pales when it comes to dance. Shraddha Kapoor looks like a million bucks and is a treat to watch. Her screen time is a bit limited however in the second half. Also, one wished to see some sort of romance between the two as that would have made their fans happy. Nora Fatehi has a very small role but it’s very crucial and it’s bigger than her part in BATLA HOUSE. She is smoking hot and her entry scene is the best out of all actors! Aparshakti Khurana is great and makes sure that he doesn’t go overboard.

Prabhudheva is effortless. His dance part appears late but once it does, it takes the film to a high! Punit J Pathak is memorable. The rest of the actors playing the role of dancers like Salman Yusuff Khan, Raghav Juyal, Dharmesh Yelonde (D), Sushant Pujari (Shushi), Caroline Wilde (Alisha) etc. are also doing well. The rest of them are also quite good and dance well but don’t get registered much. Francis Roughly is fine in a sort of villainous role. Zarina Wahab (Amarinder’s mother), Murli Sharma and Manoj Pahwa (Chabda) are passable.

Trailer of Tanhaji – The unsung Warrior:

Story of Tanhaji – The Unsung Warrior:

The film begins with the ancient scene of India called “Sone ki chidiya”. The introduction starts with a young Tanhaji Malusare learning sword fight under his father. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has escaped from the house arrest by Mughals but had to hand over his precious forts to Aurangzeb including Kondhana (Singhad). Aurangzeb sent Udaybhan Singh Rathod, as the Killedar or fort keeper of Kondhana with the intention of making Kondhana the capital of the South. Tanhaji Malusare who is unaware of the situation that Shivaji Maharaj prepares to take back Kondhana, comes to Rajgad to invite the Maharaj for his son’s – Raiba’s – wedding. When he comes to know the whole situations, Maharaj’s council and he decides that Kondhana is more important than his son’s wedding. By planning, Tanhaji Malusare decides to attack Udaybhan before he can reach Kondhana.

Turning Moment of Tanhaji:

The Maratha’s attempt fails and Udaybhan reaches Kondhana along with Naagin Cannon. Then Tanhaji went to the fort in an occasion and get himself arrested to find the secret door and with the help of one soldier he succeeded to escape from the imprisonment. Then he make a plan and arrives with 300 mavalas with him, he climbs the Kondhana fort with Suryaji Malusare (brother of Tanhaji Malusare) and Shelar Mama (uncle of Tanhaji Malusare) along with 400 mavalas waits at the Kalyan Darwaza to enter in the fort as soon as it will be opened. A group of Marathas opens the Kalyan Darwaza and they rush into the fort. Tanhaji and the mavalas enter through the Pune Darwaza by bravery and battle begins, Udaybhan single-handedly destroying the Marathas. In a hilarious background music, the battle between Udaybhan and Tanhaji starts. Udaybhan fire up the rope of the cannon anget ready for the Tanhaji’s turn. As soon as Tanhaji cuts the fire to the Naagin canon in mid-air, Udaybhan cuts his fore-arm. After wrapping his turban around his fore-arm he beat Udaybhan and tight him along with Naagin and pushes them together to down the fort. Shivaji Maharaj rushes on to Kondhana and Tanhaji dies in his presence.

The film ends with Tanhaji’s son’s marriage in the presence of Maharaj and Tanhaji’s wife Savitribai and welcoming him in bridal attire as she had promised him he won Kondhana and his wish was for her to come to him dressed up as a bride.

Overview of Tanhaji:

Bollywood has always show it’s love with historical heroes has given us many films in the recent past like Padmaavat and Jodha Akbar. These films made us feel proud of our grand and ancient history. It is very tough to make a historic film in a level that attracts the peoples and connect them to the real. Before the interval, scene is heated up by the decision of owning the Kondhana and at the climax there is an insane fight between Tanhaji Malusare and Udaybhan. Tanhaji Malusare won the fight and keep his promise by giving his life.

Another View of Tahhaji:

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior stars Ajay Devgn comes with heroic spirit as the film’s title, According to legend, Chhatrapati Shivaji’s trusted lieutenant Subedar Tanhaji Malasure who is never backed away from a fight. Saif Ali Khan playing as the film’s villain who is ruthless and never think twice to do.

Saif plays the role of Udaybhan, the general of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb’s Rajput who dressed a black robes, a thick beard, a deceptive smile, and an unending cruelty just like the same cloth as Ranveer Singh’s Alauddin Khilji.

Tanhaji is first introduced in the film coming down on the enemy by a rope, his men and him attacks them with a unique strategy ever seen. It’s a stunning entry. The Marathas are all noble, swaraj-worshipping warriors; the Mughals are opportunistic, deceitful, invaders.

Action Scenes of Tanhaji:

The action scenes are most effective and more enhanced if you choose to watch the film in 3D. Sequences depicting the tactics employed by the Marathas to scale the fort are excellently executed, and the final battle between Tanhaji and Udaybhan is nothing short of spectacular. Aiming with a deadly cannon towards the Shivaji’s Rajgad Fort, the two men face-off in a bloody fight. Kajol in the role of Tahaji’s wife Savitri, and Sharad Kelkar nicely do Chhatrapati Shivaji’s nobility, and Luke Kenny is an inspired casting choice for the role of Aurangzeb.

It must also be said that Tanhaji:

The Unsung Warrior speaks directly to our hyper-nationalistic climate. The history is dubious, the politics problematic. It feeds into what seems to have become Bollywood’s preferred stereotype of the enemy: all savage, brutal, ruthless ‘outsiders’.

Angrezi Medium : Comedy-drama Bollywood movie in 2020

Angrezi Medium is an Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film of 2020. It is directed by Homi Adajania and produced under the Maddock Films production banner. It is a spiritual sequel to the 2017 film Hindi Medium, starring Irrfan Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Radhika Madan, and Deepak Dobriyal.

Angrezi Medium Posten

The film was theatrically released in India on 13 March 2020. With its theatrical performance affected by the closing of cinemas due to the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic, plans for a re-release were canceled and the film was made available digitally less than a month after its release.

Story of Angrezi Medium:

Udaipur-based Champak Bansal (Khan) is a small-time businessman who owns one of two Ghasitaram sweet shops in the same locality, the other belonging to his brother Gopi (Dobriyal). Champak’s life revolves around bickering with his brother over whose shop represents the “original” Ghasitaram brand and taking care of his daughter, Tarika (Madan), who wants to pursue higher education in the UK.

bloodshot of Angrezi Medium

Right from her childhood, Tarika (Radhika Madan) harbors a dream of studying abroad. Initially, her father Champak Bansal (Irrfan Khan), who owns a sweetmeat shop named Ghasitaram, is a bit apprehensive about her ‘videshi’ plans as he fears to lose his daughter. Nevertheless, he throws a challenge at Tarika to earn good grades and secure a scholarship at Truford University in London. With her hard work and dedication, Tarika passes with flying colors. Unfortunately, Champak inadvertently ends up ruining her opportunity of studying in London. Shattered by this, he takes it upon himself to fulfill his bitiya’s ambition by hook or by crook. The dedicated father gives in to his daughter’s dreams, but things soon start to spiral out of control when he has to pay the hefty fee.

An Another Stand with Angrezi Medium:

‘Angrezi Medium’ brings to the young generation’s fascination for higher studies in foreign countries while adding drama and comedy to the mix as the narrative moves from Udaipur to London. The screenplay also reflects on teen rebellion and generation gap. Mainly in the second part, Champak Bansal made all that a father can do for his children and succeeded to get an admission letter for his daughter. But Tarika was changed after coming to London and being life independently. Director Homi Adajania’s urge to add too many sub-plots takes its toll on the film during the second half. Ultimately Tarika came to know what her father has done for her admission and felt guilty for her all behavior and thinking. The story is shortly stated here. If you want to know the whole story then you have to watch the movie.

Review of Angrezi Medium:

In our opinion, the movie is based on the very true facts that happen in society. May be there are some parents who are not that much literate and also their lifestyle is not so modern. But that doesn’t mean that parents are not hoping or willing good for his children. In the film, Champak Bansal who is the father of Tarika, also want that his daughter would go for higher studies but he afraid of his bond and connection with his daughter.

Scenes of Angrezi Medium

Tarika’s mother passed away at the time of her birth. From then to her young age her father did all that parents should do together but he do that alone. So he is getting afraid if her daughter will go London and forget him then he will be lonely. This is not only his thinking, every single child-parent think about this.

Our opinion regarding this Movie:

Also to fulfill own wish many times children are so cruel that they didn’t think about their parents but they are very much excited to do and take step such that their parents are getting hurt. But the child didn’t get this at that time, when he or she understood that it was very late. But the lovely thing is that parent’s anger doesn’t live for long. Here the care of a father, affection, and love between father, brother, friend and daughter is unforgettable.

The most beautiful scene is that when a father shows his love and care and thinking for his daughter and at the last when his daughter understand all that his father and she has done. End with a sweet a note that, “when child is small, parent hold his or her finger, but when he or she brought up, leave his or her finger so that he or she can hug his or her parent”.
