Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is one of the Flagship Mobile of Samsung which is designed, developed and manufactured by Samsung Electronics as another model of Galaxy S20 series. It has almost the same specifications as the Samsung Galaxy S20 has. Unpacked event is organized on 11th February 2020, but it will be available in India from 6th March 2020 via Flipkart and Amazon online.
Design of Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus:
Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus comes with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x – Quad HD+ display. It has a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It is powered by Exynos 990 which is a 2GHz octa-core processor. Build quality is good, front and back both sides are protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Nice tactile feel to the power and volume keys. It comes with 8GB Ram and 128GB internal storage that is a base variant for this model. You can put two sims or you can put one sim and one micro-SD card (up to 1TB) in the sim tray slot. It supports dual 4G standby mode. USB Type-C port is there for charging as well as for headphones. The stereo speaker is also there. It supports fast charging using a 25Watt fast charger. It has quad-camera set-up i.e. 12MP (main camera), 64MP (OIS tele-zoom) and 12 MP (wide-angle lens) and 0.3MP (VGA time-of-flight depth sensor) in the back & 10MP in the front. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Face unlock is also available. It comes with three colors i.e. Cloud Blue, Cosmic Black, and Cosmic Grey.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus has launched international models with Exynos 990 chipset, while the US models launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. It has a 1440p Dynamic AMOLED 2x feature and a 6.7-inch display which has a wider 20:9 aspect ratio with a 120Hz refresh rate. The base variant contains 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB of internal storage with up to 1 TB of expansion via the micro-SD card slot. LPDDR5 RAM helps to designate the most used apps directly from RAM space for quicker access. In-display fingerprint facility is there for unlock and face unlock is also present. The S20+ contains 4500 mAh battery and Qi–inductive charging is supported at up to 25W as well as the ability to charge other Qi-compatible devices from its own battery power. Wired charging is supported over USB Type-C.

The gaming experience is enhanced by using LPDDR5 RAM of 8GB and Exynos 990 powerful processor with a hyper-responsive screen. 120Hz refresh rate smooths the screen transitions, so unwanted interruptions do not take place. Also, game boosters optimize battery life to keep playing for a long time.

Samsung S20 Plus Camera Features:
Samsung Galaxy S20 contains a quad-camera set-up where the main camera is 12 MP with an aperture of F1.8, OIS Telephoto camera is 64 MP with an aperture of F2.0 and the wide-angle camera is again 12 MP with an aperture of F2.2 and VGA depth sensor camera is 0.3 MP. The 64-megapixel telephoto camera used for “Space Zoom” and it supports 3X hybrid optical zoom and 30X digital zoom at 64 megapixels on the new telephoto sensor. With a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 64-megapixel telephoto sensor accompanied by a time-of-flight sensor & front camera is 10 MP with an aperture of F2.2. The camera has improved a lot and there have many key features i.e. as follows.
Single Take:
In this mode, using AI it serves up to 14 different photos and videos including ultra-wide, bokeh, cropped photos, time laps videos and more.
8K Video Shoot:
It gives video shooting at a new level with 8K resolution, highest at any galaxy smartphone. It records 8K videos at 24fps, which will consume about 600MB of storage per minute. You can also snap ultra-detailed stills from the 8K video.
Space Zoom in Samsung S20 Plus:
The 64-megapixel telephoto camera used for “Space Zoom” and it supports 3X hybrid optical zoom with no loss in image quality and it can also be zooming up to 30X super-resolution zoom that will help you to zoom to the front stage in any live concert though you are at a back of the crowd.
Super Steady:
Due to this mode, videos won’t be blurry and unstable anymore but super smooth as this smartphone uses a large image sensor and anti-rolling stabilizer which counters the camera movement.
Bright Light:
Samsung has also enhanced the camera for taking low lighting snaps. Increased image sensors create more light to produce vibrant and richer photos in the dark. The night mode is also merged to give crystal clear images with minimum noise in the dark conditions.

Review on Samsung Galaxy S20+
Samsung is upgrading its S-series Models from the previous ones. The display is not as curved as it was in S8 and S9. The screen is also upgraded to 2x dynamic AMOLED from the super AMOLED display. Screen resolution remains the same as Quad HD+ and the storage is also same as previous. Major changes has done in the camera section. It has quad camera set up with a change in specification. Here also 12MP camera is the primary one, an additional 64MP tele camera is there for zoom. It is OIS enable and can zoom up to 3x to 10x. And another 12MP camera for wide-angle shots and 0.3 MP VGA depth sensor which is used to blur the background. It can record up to 8K video which is the highest resolution recording by any handset till now. Also, the quality of low lighting capture has improved a lot. New modes like Single take, Super Steady, Bright Light, etc. are attached in the list of specifications with the others. In the front there also a 10MP camera. The screen is protected with Gorilla Glass 6 which is a very good specification. And the most important is that 25W fast charger is supplied in the box. It has a 4500 mAh battery with Exynos 990 chipset which works very well the consumption of charge is modified while using. Also, the powerful processor can run the heavy games like PUBG, Asphalt 9, etc. without any issue.
