Because fried rice and chili chicken are the best couples as Chinese dinner. Here are the essential things about how to make the best fried rice and Chili chicken. At first, we’ll discuss the fried rice recipe.

Veg Fried Rice Ingredients:

  1. Cooked, chilled rice
  2. Eggs
  3. Carrots, onions, green onions and peas
  4. Garlic
  5. Soy sauce
  6. Oyster sauce
  7. Toasted sesame oil
  8. Butter

To make this homemade delicious fried rice recipe follow:

  1. At first, use a small pat of butter, scramble some eggs in a large saute pan, breaking them into small pieces as you go. Then take the eggs to a separate plate, and set aside.
  2. Return your pan to the heat, and saute the onions, carrots, peas, and garlic until soft and keep cooking.
  3. Then turn the oven to high heat. Move the vegetables over to one side of the pan. Wait for melt the remaining butter in the other half and add the chilled rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Then stir to combine with the vegetables and continue sauteing the rice, stirring every 15-20 seconds or so for 3 minutes, or until you notice the rice and veggies starting to brown slightly.
  4. Remove pan from the oven. And stir in your green onions, sesame oil, and scrambled eggs.
  5. Taste and season. Give the rice a taste, and season with salt and pepper, plus any extra soy sauce or sesame oil if needed.
  6. Serve it! Then garnish it and serve nice and warm!

  1. Two chicken breasts
  2. One teaspoon salt
  3. ½ teaspoon pepper
  4. One egg, beaten
  5. ¾ cup flour(100 g)
  6. One green pepper
  7. One red pepper
  8. Chili Sauce
    1. Three cloves crushed garlic cloves
    2. One chopped red chilli
  9. Three tablespoons soy sauce
    1. Two tablespoons tomato puree
    2. ½ cup water(100 mL)

Chili Chicken Recipe

At first, mix the chicken with salt and pepper. Cut the chicken into thin strips then coat with egg wash and flour. Fry for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown. Add the peppers and fry for ten minutes. Remove the chicken and peppers and set aside. In the same pan, add the garlic, red chili powder, soy sauce, tomato puree, and some water. Stir and simmer the mixture reduces and is thick and syrupy. Add back in the chicken and peppers and mix well in the sauce. Serve this dish with Fried rice and enjoy it.
